Our radio equipment rental service for groups includes the rental of the required number of transmitters for guides, receivers and headphones for tourists, spare equipment, headphones and batteries, delivery to the location and return of the equipment after the tour. The prices of our services are listed in the price list, which you can obtain by clicking here.
The price of the service is not calculated per hour. The price of the service for half a day and for a day is therefore the same. It is listed in the price list, which you can obtain by clicking here.
The minimum price of the service is listed in our price list, which you can get by clicking on this link. From the beginning of 2025, it is 600 CZK excluding VAT per group + delivery in case of a request outside Prague.

Yes, it is possible.
We do not use rechargeable batteries, as the lifespan of our equipment allows for up to 40 hours of operation without recharging for receivers with two AA batteries (up to 15 excursion days). The transmitter will require battery replacement after 12 hours of operation (3 excursion days). We always supply batteries for our orders in the required quantity. This does not affect the price of the service in any way. You only need to replace the batteries when they are discharged.
For hygiene reasons, we use disposable headphones for one ear. We also have reusable headphones, but these are only available during special events.
Disposable headphones are thrown away in special containers. Other devices are treated with special disinfectant liquids.
We will provide your group with all the necessary equipment for the entire rental period. This is included in the rental price: spare batteries, headphones, receivers.
Yes, if your group stays there. The courier will deliver the equipment the day before the start of the tour. When you arrive at the reception, you will receive a set of equipment that we have left there in your name. You can distribute it to your group, leave an empty suitcase at the reception and go on a tour. After the tour ends, you can collect the equipment from your group, count it and leave it in the same suitcase at the reception. Our courier will collect it from there the next day.
We do not charge companies and entrepreneurs any advance payments for the service. Since we work with companies and entrepreneurs, you must provide your registration details (company name, company ID, address, telephone and e-mail) when placing an order. If you are a natural person, you will be issued an advance invoice, after which we will provide you with the service. Payment for the service is made based on the invoice issued by us. The invoice is issued at the beginning of each month for the service provided in the previous month. If you need to receive an invoice for payment earlier than this date, contact us in any way convenient for you and we will send it to your e-mail. We also accept cash payment on site, but this is an exceptional case for us. In the case of cash payment, you will receive a confirmation of payment by mail. The courier does not issue documents on site.
Receivers, transmitters, microphones, carrying case or bag, reusable headphones (if issued to the group), spare unused batteries and spare headphones are returnable. Disposable headphones are not returnable.
The handover of the equipment takes place:
- in Prague: in person to a courier in the city or can be left at the reception of a hotel, restaurant, etc.
- outside Prague (in the Czech Republic): delivery to a Messenger courier.
The device conversion is as follows:
- when handing over to a courier in Prague – only in suitable conditions: in a covered room with a table and a place for counting. We do not count the device outdoors, in crowded places or under unsuitable climatic conditions.
- In places far from Prague, on-site recalculation by courier is not possible.
The final recalculation of the equipment, in cases where it was not done on site by a courier, is carried out in our office and the customer is entrusted with the result. We protect our good name, which is why we do not engage in fraudulent counting without the customer being present in our office.
The compensation for a lost device is listed in our price list, which you can get by clicking on this link. From the beginning of 2025, it is 1000 CZK excluding VAT for a receiver and 2000 CZK excluding VAT for a transmitter. If someone loses a device, we wait a week for its return without immediately imposing a fine. We recommend using this time to search for the lost device.
Yes, we deliver our equipment worldwide. When placing an order, you only need to provide the exact delivery and return address in the country of destination. This is usually a hotel reception outside the Czech Republic. The tour leader can come to the reception and find a shipment of equipment in his name. After the trip, you need to pack the equipment back into the suitcase, mark it with a return label (included in the package) and leave it at the hotel reception. Our company will pick up this package by courier in the destination country. The prices of these suitcases are listed in the price list, which can be obtained at this link. Note: we do not ship equipment to Serbia.
Yes, our facility allows you to organize simultaneous interpreting through multi-channel interpreting. Each speaker or interpreter can broadcast their story on their own radio channel, and event participants can switch to the radio channel they need and hear the story in the language they prefer. This method is more cost-effective than the classic method of interpreting with interpreter booths. In addition, simultaneous interpreting can also be provided during group movements (excursions, sports events, festivals, etc.). You can apply for the service here
